CALICO RUN

We are planning on driving out Friday night to the campground, leaving Orange County around 4ish. 

Trail Boss Camping?  Yes

Campground information:  Calico KOA   You can call (760) 254-2311 for reservations.

Directions (to Calico KOA):  Take I-15 to Barstow.  From Barstow, drive seven miles east on I-15 North.  Exit Ghost Town Road and drive west a short distance to the campground.

Meeting Location for Saturday Run:  Calico KOA.   Look for our Rampage 30’ toyhauler trailer and grey Chevy Silverado truck.

Meeting Time: 8:00 am, leaving at 8:30am

Approx Duration of Run:  About 6 hours.

Degree Difficulty:  3½   

Special Equipment Required:  Skid plates and high ground clearance required.  Recommend at least rear lockers.

Terrain:  Narrow and rocky with some ledges.
