I am planning on leading the
Calico run this year. Below
is the Itinerary for the run.

Varies, If a group want to come up on Saturday - Be at the KOA campground by
8:45
Meeting Time:
We will be leaving the KOA campground at 9:00 sharp to head up towards the trail
head.

Is Over Night Camping Available?
Yes. - KOA, Calico Ghost Town, or Dry Camping in the canyon.

Yes - I will be camping at the KOA in Barstow/Calico

When you
make the reservation, you might want to state that you are with the Dirt Devils
and would like to placed together. You may have to state some of the Dirt Devils
member names. I am driving up on Friday night and most likely arrive at the
campground around 11:00 p.m. or Midnight. Also If you are arriving late make
sure the campground knows that and assigns you a camp site ahead of time. When
you arrive at the campground after hours they will have you name and slot
location posted in a small guard shack.

This trip we are going up the left hand (west) canyon and return down the right
hand (east) canyon (I can never remember which canyon is which).
